Apartments 1 and 2 have washing machine. Only apartment 2 has dish washer. Apartments 2 and 3 are on the first floor. In ground floor both apartments have their own space for hanging out. Pets are allowed only in apartment 1. If pets are sleeping on beds, we ask owners to bring their own bed linen. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Arrival to apartments is after 13:00 – departure till 10:00. Tourist tax is not included into the price. Children till 12 years old don't pay tourist tax. Children from 12-18 years old pay 50% of tourist tax. Reservation is confirmed when we receive 30% advance on our account. Price includes: air conditioner, kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels, electricity, water, wekkly change of bed linen, parking, grill, exterior shower, beach deck chairs with parasols, cleaning of apartment at departure day. Possibility of using boat berts which is not included into the price. Please in request write: name and last name, number of adults and children, arrival and departure date, requests and wishes... Post office, mini store, butcher's, drugstore, restaurants and coffee shops are 200-300 m far from our house. UNESCO's torn Trogir is 2 km far. Hotel Medena is 2 km far (it offers attractive games and sports: jet ski, beach volleyball, parashut sailing, gondolas, football terrain, basketball, tennis, mini golf, restaurant and coffee bars).
